Experience:
- Receptionist, 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service, 2 years (preferred)
Education:
- High School or equivalent (required)
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service both on the phone and in person
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with appointments
- Listen to client inquiries and complaints and direct them to the salon owner
- Manage the scheduling process using Day Smart software
- Maintain a presentable salon environment through light cleaning and organizing of the front desk area
Qualifications:
- Professional appearance must be present at all times
- Basic computer skills required
- Proficient in English
- Positive and friendly personality
- Maintain client confidentiality
- Must be able to multi-task
